Fremde Welten - Teil 1

Alles wackelte ganz furchtbar. Lilly hielt sich mit einer Hand an der Konsole fest und versuchte diverse Hebel und Knöpfe zu bearbeiten aber nichts schien den Flug der TARDIS beruhigen zu können. „Doktor? Doktor!!“, rief sie hilfesuchend. Das Knirschen von Metall an Metall war nicht die Antwort, die sie sich erhofft hatte. Aber mehr war nicht zu hören. Im Gegenteil, es wurde sogar noch schlimmer. Sie hatte das Gefühl ihr Magen wäre auf dem Weg nach oben, als plötzlich ein lauter Gong ertönte und alles still stand. Wacklig auf den Beinen ließ sie die Konsole los und setzte sich erst einmal hin. "Atmen, Lilly. Atmen!“, befahl sie sich selbst und versuchte ruhig und gleichmäßig die Luft einzusaugen. Verwundert schaute sie sich um. Es war auf einmal viel zu ruhig hier. Es fehlte etwas. Nein, nicht etwas! Vielmehr jemand! Wo war der Doktor?? „Doktor!!??“ Aber nur ihre eigene Stimme klang in der TARDIS wieder, die nun ruhig vor sich hin pulsierte. Immernoch recht zittrig stand sie auf und lief zur Tür. Alles Mögliche könnte da draußen auf sie warten. Sie wusste nicht wo sie war, sie wusste auch nicht wann sie war. Sie könnte schließlich überall sein, in Zeit und Raum.

Everything was shaking really hard and Lilly had to hold on to the panel. She tried to reach for shifts and buttons but nothing seemed to stabilise the flight of the TARDIS. “Doctor? Doctor!!”, she shouted helplessly. The grating of metal on metal was not the answer she had hoped for. But nothing else could be heard. On the contrary, the noises just got worse. She had the feeling the insides of her stomach might come up any minute when suddenly she heard a loud gong resounding and everything went quite at once. Shaken, Lilly let go of the panel and sat down abruptly. “Breathe, Lilly. Breathe!”, she commanded herself and tried to breathe normally. Astonished she had a look around. As noisy as it was before, now it was just too quite! Something was missing. No, not something but rather somebody! Where was the Doctor?? “Doctor!!??”, she shouted again panic stricken. But only her own voice carried through the TARDIS, which was now pulsing normally like nothing had happened. Lilly stood up and went for the door. She hesitated. Almost everything could be waiting outside. She did not know where she was, she did not know when she was. For all she knew, she could be anywhere in time and space.
